Who You Are:
BlackSwan Technologies is seeking a brilliant, creative and highly motivated UI/UX Designer to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. In an UI\UX Designer role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for billions of people around the world - from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. The UI/UX Designer will have a crucial part in contributing to the roadmap of a scalable AI infrastructure with a web interface and will need to master a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies, working in a semi-autonomous environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute all visual design stages from conceptualization to final hand-off to the Engineering team
- Collaborate with the Product Management team and Engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Gauge the usability of new and existing features and make constructive suggestions for change
- Develop knowledge of the highly-engaged community. Communicate with users, get their feedback, and listen to their needs while still considering UX
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’ degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes
- Knowledge of front-end CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, SCSS, angular material
- Ability to learn quickly, and independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Will Be An Advantage:
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture and popular middlewares
- Experience with ng bootstrap
- UI/UX expertise
- Experience with javascript, typescript , d3.js
- Experience with AngularJS, Angular 8/9
- Experience with React.Js
