• Install, configure, maintain and update computers, network systems and peripherals.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and problem resolution involving LAN/WAN networking hardware, including, switches, routers and cabling.
• Respond to all user problems or requests via telephone, email, in person and update help desk and visit users to provide in-time assistance in urgent situations.
• Communicate and escalate issues to relevant parties and ensure performance of IT systems and end user machines.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to the needs and inquiries of users; explain issues, deploy solutions, follow up with users to ensure the functionality of the users' systems and provide necessary troubleshooting.
• Maintain current inventory records of all IT hardware and Software in asset management system.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Networks.
• CCENT/ CCNA/ Microsoft qualification added advantage.
