Trainee Relationship Executive - Union Assurance PLC
The Job
Promote insurance products and services to potential walk in customers and potential customers referred by the branch staff and convert leads to insurance policies and realize set ANBP/FYP/GWP targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. The role would be required to achieve set targets and maintain Persistency by maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for ensuring target achievement covering FP/FYP/GWP/persistency through the assigned bank/geographies
Liaise & build relationships with respective bank officers to obtain leads & gain access to clients & offer appropriate insurance products & services
Maintain the lead management system in a proper & timely manner and meet business quality & compliance standards i.e. Digital submissions/ & pending ratios/
LMS activities
Maintain effective internal communication and generate necessary reports & submit MI for management review
Engage in sales promotional activities to solicit new business
Ensure to maintain company corporate image through attire, conduct & upkeep of the work place
The Applicant should possess:
Computer literacy
Speaking/writing & understanding all languages will be an added advantage
Vey good presentation skills & negotiation skills
Customer relationship management
Prior sales experience in a similar field will be a definite advantage
