- Possess minimum of three passes in G.C.E A/L examination and Credit
- passes for English and Mathematics in G.C.E O/Level examination.
- Be computer literate.
- Be below 25 years of age.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English, Sinhala and [or Tamil.
- Posses a valid riding license.
