Trainee Customer Service Agent
The ideal candidate should possess the GCE (A/ L) qualification whüe previous experience in a
similar capacity will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good
command of English (written & verbal), abüity to work within a team and computer literacy are
key competencies sought.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
• Sorting the imports pouch and cross checking with the incoming flight manifest on a dafly basis
• Handling telephone calls, emaüs and following up on import shipments
•Liaising with Sri Lankan customs and maintaining records
• Sorting daüy incoming Telex messages
•Notifying and following up with relevant parties and filing all relevant documents
