Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, minimum of one Credit pass and two Simple passes
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination minimum of three Credit passes & an “A” pass either for Mathematics or English (with not less than a “C” pass for the other subject)
- Full/ partly completed Professional/ Academic qualification offered by a recognized institute will be an advantage
Age
- Between 18 and 25 years
Work Experience
- Candidates who possess previous work experience/ internships from banks will have a distinct advantage
Competencies
- A basic knowledge in IT is essential
- A flair for good interpersonal relations and customer service is vital
- A good command of English, both written and spoken is necessary
Training
- The period of training will be two years, during which an allowance will be paid
- On completion of the training period, successful candidates may be considered for appointment as Bank Associates, subject to availability of positions and will receive an attractive remuneration package
- This is a traineeship programme and does not under any circumstance guarantee permanent employment in the Bank
