General Responsibilities
• Respond effcientlyto inquiries and maintaining correspondence vviå contacts.
•Promote exclusive/specialized tour packages to agene and clients while matching rates, keeping appropriate margins and sourcing competitive quotations and coshng.
•Co-ordinate ban-sport with transport manager whilst preparing packages for confimed tours, maintaining documents for each confirmed tour group and follovving upon ongoing tours.
• Maintain a solid and profrssional relationship with your client*
Person's Specifications
• -2 years' expenence in the field, along with A/L qualification
•Knowledge of inbound Tours.
•Excellent written and verbal communicaüon skills in English.
• Fluent in French language verbal.
•Proficient in MS word and excel.
•Internet savvy.
Knowledge in an additional international language will be a distinct advantage and diploma in travel & tourism.
