Job Description
- Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over Phone calls and emails
- Gather travel requirrnents from customers
- Offer quotes and travel itineraries using our systems
- Provide travel consultation to travellers over the phone
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree level oreducation or 2 year minimum work experience in Inbound travels
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear communication sl . Great custamer care personality
- Telemarketing, Telesales, spa experience would be an added advantage
- Travel exposure within Vietnam and overseas wlll be considered
- Target oriented with minimum supervision
- Must be available to attend initial tralnlng sessions at the beginning of employment
- Should be readily available to work virtually from home
- Maintaining the high confldentlallty ln all process and systems
- Preferably females
