The position will report to the Area Sales Manager or the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible in driving and implementing all sales and distribution activities in the right channels and outlets. The position holder will also be responsible in ensuring the effective & efﬁcient execution of display, merchandising, channel development and consumer & trade engagement activities in the assigned territory.
Ideal candidate should possess a basic degree or be part qualiﬁed in CIM or SLIM, holding 6 to 8 years’of experience in Sales in the FMCG industry. The candidate would display a sound knowledge in Sales Force Management, Territory Management, Business Plan Development, Competitor Analysis, Business Procurement & Accounts maintenance with the ability to display an understanding of business drivers.
