TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Job Summary :
• Creating IFS file, prediction, validation and correction of shades.
• Collaborate with marketing for validation of shades.
• Collaborate with technology and supply chain for development and production of bases for IFS file creation.
• Develop shade matching skill to cater project sales and ready-mix formulations.
• Develop expertise in color spectra (DTS) Customer complaints related to DTS system analysis and report.
• Create alternate vendors for existing colorants and Optimize cost of colorants going in formulations.
• Support production team to get desired shade in lowest possible time.
• Liaise with Core Technology Center for product testing.
Requirements :
• Qualified in GCE A/L in Bio Science stream.
• Age Below 30 years.
• Dynamic person with minimum Two years' experience in smiler capacity.
• Previous working experience in Paint industry will be preferred.
• Should have ability to handle,
• Basics of spectrophotometer
• Paint processing and adjustment of bases for getting desired color
• Distinguish between pigments for their tone
• Strong negotiation ability to coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain staff for day to day activities.
• Fair knowledge of oral and written communication in English Language is essential.
• Extensive experience in using MS office.
