Qualifications and Experience
- HND/ Diploma in IT
- Minimum 6 months experience in level 1 technical support for clients
- Fluency in English language (speaking and writing)
- Industry certifications like MCSA and CCNA would be a definite advantage
- Analyzing and resolving end user workstation problems
Capabilities and Qualities
- Ability to work in roster basis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with people at all levels
- Good decision making skills
