A Personnel to manage and direct the repeater purchasing of all the goods and services a company needs With responsible for identifying potential supplier sources, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts
Responsibilities
•Responsible for key strategic supplier selection and contract negotiations.
•Proactively drive enforcement of strategy, identification and realization of savings opportunities to
create a competitive advantage for the business and mitigate supply risks.
•Often on an international basis, negotiate and manage contracts and build key relationships with both suppliers and the internal teams.
•Develop sourcing strategies and Source suppliers.
•Supplier governance initiatives and relationship management through regular reviews, visits and supplier audits. Perform supplier business, financial reviews on quarterly performance and strategic business direction. Analyze issues at supply market level and supply chain level.
•Undertake product research including potential suppliers and competitive products.
•Should Have Technical engineering background to liaising with Manufacturing Processes.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Qualification in Electronic and Electrical Engineering
•At academic or professional qualification in business administration, Business management, or SCM
•Masters Degree would be added advantage
•At least 6 years of experience in relevant field
•Presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
