Responsibilities

• Coordinate the formation, on-boarding, training, and startup of new product teams.
• Strengthen the team to improve Agile/scrum formalities
• Study and continually refine team operations processes and strategies.
• Authors and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and documentation for team operations.
• Builds strong partnerships with information security, architecture, and other departments teams to strengthen team engagement processes
• coordinate regional offices/customers towards business needs.
• Identify, monitor and appropriately escalate team risks and issues.
• Supports Quarterly/annual Planning efforts from start to finish
• Removes impediments and/or guides project teams to remove impediment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Scrum related certification
• Strong knowledge in software development life-cycle
• 3+ years of industry or Agile experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company in multiple region.
• Flexibility/Adaptability: Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Demonstrated qualities around strategic thinking and planning.
• Team player
• 'A' player personality
• Should be capable of work in frequently changing business domains
