Job Role
- Set daily & monthly KPIs and conduct performance management
- Negotiate with potential vendors to join the platform
- Provide required training to on-board the vendor
- Liaise between vendors and commercial department
- Playing a rule of key account to on-board sellers
- Assists Category managers on campaign and promotions
- Analysis of industries, product assortment, and price clusters
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business or related study field
- More than 2 years of experience in a sales or merchant onboarding position
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with related tools such as Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team management and increasing team performance
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Asana, Slack, Ticketing systems
