Team Lead - Group Accounting at Tech One Global

What you will do in this role:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounting records and financial systems.
- Responsibility for all journals and final GL balances including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.
- Review of all Inventory Ledgers and ensure all the balances are reconciled.
- Ensure all bank transactions are recorded timely and weekly bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Management and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Perform duties as the central finance unit to selected business units.
- Introducing best practices, procedures, and policies.
- Accurate computation and on-time payment and filling of all statutory dues (VAT, SVAT, GST, WHT, EPT, ETF etc.)
- Assist finance managers in completion of statutory audits timely and filling of tax returns timely.
- Preparation and/or assist Finance Managers in preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports for operational management.
- Assist in development and design of financial reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll of selected business units.
- Identification of process improvements and assisting the implementation of these improvements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, suppliers, bankers, and other parties.
- Ensure the Group Finance is kept informed of industry developments which are relevant to the operation of an efficient finance function
- Other duties as directed by management within the limits of the employee’s skill base.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in senior accounting/ finance role.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
- Excellent planning, organizing, leadership and communication skills
- Understanding business process across different business industries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP would be an added advantage.

- CA, CIMA, ACCA (Fully or partly qualified) /Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
