Key Responsibilities
Coach managers for conducting talent conversations
Follow-up & monitor the develop plans of identified top talents to make them ready for the leadership positions
Conduct talent review for staff members
Lead training need analysis process
Prepare training budget for corporate team, Technical centre and BU projects engineering division.
Liaise with functional or operational leaders to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organisation’s current and future requirements. (Including trainer’s selection, content design, effectiveness measuring etc.)
Monitor and follow up Individual development plans of all staff members in corporate Team , Technical center and BU project Engineering division
Design specific management development programmes based on the business requirements
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years ‘experience in Talent Development including Talent review and succession planning in a Multinational company with the exposure to overall Human resources functions.
Capability to coach leadership team including Business Leaders on their development.
Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
