• Develop, design and implement recruiting plan for current job openings.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as LinkedIn, stack Overflow and Github
• Understand specialized skills and qualification to screen IT resumes
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Maintain and update overall recruiting database

 
Requirement

• Proven work experience as a technical recruiter with 2+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Skype and Structured)
• Good understanding of technology, technical roles and skills
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Social media recruiting etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legations.
