Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and application support.
  • Need to Support all IT infrastructure services in Level 1 & 2.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer.
  • Think creatively and innovatively to propose reactive solutions and automate repetitive tasks.

Experience:
1+ Years
 
Qualification:
Degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Professional Qualification with proven work experience.
 
Preferred Skills:

  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on shifts
