Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and application support.
- Need to Support all IT infrastructure services in Level 1 & 2.
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer.
- Think creatively and innovatively to propose reactive solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
Experience:
1+ Years
Qualification:
Degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Professional Qualification with proven work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on shifts
