SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently in the process of recruiting highly motivated, IT savvy individuals for our Network Operations Center, which provides core technical support services to clients. As part of our team, you’ll be exposed to world-class Enterprise IT systems and processes within the ISO 20000 Framework as well as real time work experience in an Enterprise NOC.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Role involves Tier-2 level technical support on Windows, Open Source and Virtualization platforms
• Exposure to a Server Environment and in a service desk support role
• Hands on experience on Linux Server Services (Email, Web, Proxy, Firewall, PHP & Shell Scripting)
• Exposure to Cloud & Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Open Source)
• Strong command of the English language
• Experience in Database Platforms (MYSQL /MSSQL)
• Exposure to Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS Web Services, Rackspace)
• Strong Troubleshooting, Problem Resolving and Root Cause Analysis Skills
• First class or second upper degree in Computer Science / Networking from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in working with Windows, Linux, VMWare & Cloud Technologies
• MCSA and RHCE CISA or CEH Security Certifications would be considered as an advantage
