Qualifications & Experience
- Role involves Tier-2 Level technical support on Windows, Open Source and Virtualization platforms.
- Exposure to a Server Environment in a service desk support role.
- Hands on experience on Linux Server Services [Email, Web, Proxy, Firewall, PHP & Shell Script.
- Exposure to Cloud & Virtualization technologies [VMware, Hyper-V, Open Source]
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience in Database Platforms [MYSQL, MSSQL] CI Exposure to Cloud Technologies [Azure, AWS Web Services, Rackspace]
- Strong Troubleshooting, Problem Resolving and Root Cause Analysis Skills.
- First Class or Second Upper Degree in Computer Science/ Networking from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in working with Windows Servers, Linux, VMware & Cloud Technologies.
- MCSA, RHCE,CISA or CEH Security Certifications would be considered an advantage
