JOB ROLE
- Process creation & implementation and migration projects in the system.
- System configurations and SOP alignment.
- IVR management.
- Conduct and document of website audits.
- Solution-oriented and communicative contact person between our customers, the operational business and internal technical departments.
- Analysis and optimization of work / process sequences in relation to the systems used and the comprehensive process design.
- Support with tender analyses and offer calculations with regard to system requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree in Business Informatics or Informatics, ideally with a focus on customer service or related industry.
- High IT affinity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
