JOB ROLE

  • Process creation & implementation and migration projects in the system.
  • System configurations and SOP alignment.
  • IVR management.
  • Conduct and document of website audits.
  • Solution-oriented and communicative contact person between our customers, the operational business and internal technical departments.
  • Analysis and optimization of work / process sequences in relation to the systems used and the comprehensive process design.
  • Support with tender analyses and offer calculations with regard to system requirements.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Degree in Business Informatics or Informatics, ideally with a focus on customer service or related industry.
  • High IT affinity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset.
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
  • Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
