Job Profile:
Process documents related to student visa.
Communicate with students and collect their required documents for university applications. Review and verify if documents send by students are in the right order needed for application. Maintain records of students’ documentation.
Update daily processing work activities. Communicate with students face to face or over the phone regarding their application process
Requirements:
Sound academic background.
Australia / USA / UK student VISA knowledge.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in student placement and Visa documentation to Australia.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Possess good general IT literacy skills.
Be able to work under pressure/proactive & familiar with team approach.
