Junior Executive in Enrollment Management

Eligibility
· Diploma or above qualification in Business Management/ Marketing or relevant customer service experience in an educational institute would be additional advantage.
· Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written.
· Should have an outgoing and pleasant personality with good team working skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
Job Role
· Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
· Evaluate student’s attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.
· Pay attention to societal and cultural differences in all students matters.
· Advertise facilities and study programs to a potential target market.
· Develop and implement counseling strategies with contemporary methods of mentoring.
· Processing applications, facilitating admissions and student enrolments.
· Implementing marketing strategies to promote assigned Universities.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with career advisors of schools, colleges and engaging with prospective students.
· Participate in recruitment activities such as education exhibitions, open days & information sessions.
