About the job
- Hands on Project Management experience for 5 + years covering full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile process with using tolls like VSTS, JIRA
- Understand the project scope objectives and ensure technical feasibility with the support of the technical teams
- Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within the scope , budget , timeline and expected quality
- Ensure right resource availability for the project requirements
- Develop a detailed project plan, sprint plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using metrics and maintain the agreed process standards
- Report Risks, Issues, dependencies and escalate to management as needed
- Status reporting on agreed frequencies to stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good experience in client management
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal support teams for delivery dependencies
- Team management and arrange career progression plan for the team
- Handling revenue and profitability responsibilities will be an added advantage
- Forecasting project revenue to the management
- Ensure the on time project billing and invoicing process
