As our Software Engineer Java, you will be responsible for the design & product implementation, operations and maintenance, performance analysis, of Telco BSS features and QA based on business needs. You will also be reverse engineering and troubleshooting complex application architecture from documentation and requirements baseline when available.

• Analyze, design and implement BSS features.
• Solution design and development for expansion and rollout.
• Troubleshoot issues with other cross functional teams.
• Handle daily operations support tasks in a 24*7 environment.
• Perform analyse and review applications being released into production.
• Define and execute Backup/Restoration procedures for disaster management
• Support QA and Customer Support Teams for operations, testing, and customer escalations
• Develop simple solutions for complex problems.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who...

• 2-5 years of industry experience working on development and operations for java applications.
• Technical fluency in the following areas: Java, Springboot, Spring bean, Apache Tomcat, REST, gRPC.
• Familiar with Devops CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, RunDeck, Jenkins etc.
• Familiar with Eclipse / NetBeans / IntelliJIdea / Visual Studio etc.
• General knowledge of Agile development techniques and its influence on the release management process.
• Experience in Microservices, Dockerization. Should have experience of working in Agile projects.
• Ability to do unit testing and work independently.
• Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple priorities and tasks on an as-needed basis.
• Keen attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Has a strong sense of ownership in the deliverables they work on.
• Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

"Good to have" skills

• Telecom BSS Domain expertise.(Billing, Charging, Policy control )
• Understanding of any BSS products preferably OracleBRM
• Experience in GoLang, C & C++ is a plus.
