SITE ACQUISITION ENGINEER
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for site acquisition (include AC power acquisition), Monitoring civil (telecom tower) site construction progress.
- Responsible for coordination with site owners, Government bodies, Check the site permission application document.
- Finalize the site acquisition and make sure on time project completion
- Coordinate with the customer & subcontractor on site related activities
- Assist Project Manager to ensure whether the project is meeting with the KPI's and site quality requirements
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Civil from a reputed university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience on-site acquisition
- Skillful in reading engineering drawings and engineering auditing
- Basic understanding on project management process
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Good communication skill, personal skill and negotiation skill
- Good English Language Proficiency
