Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities
 

  • In absent of plant heads ensure all operations are carried out in proper manner in the functional areas of Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Human Resources.
  • Ensure Medical / Industrial manufacturing and Services personnel and assets are adequately safeguarded, and only safe working practices and conditions are allowed and provided.
  • Ensure that the services provided by the Engineering department are available adequately without interruption to meet the production requirements of the Company.
  • Take positive steps to ensure that only safe working practices are allowed, and safe working conditions and necessary safety equipment have been provided and used by employees and visitors / contractors to the site.
  • Ensure that all environmental control equipment is functioning properly.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assign by Manufacturing Manager – Medical or any other person acting on his behalf
     

General – In Emergencies
 

  • Act as the Incident controller during the shift until relevant authorities take over in the event of an emergency.
     

Additional Duties As The Shift Operations Executive
 

  • Allocation Of labor and coordinate with functional heads to fulfill the required head count and Absenteeism cover-up if plant request
  • Responsible for maintaining a high standard of safety and good housekeeping.
  • Resolving grievances of subordinate workers and refer/inform the HR Manager or HOD when necessary
     

Key Position Requirements

Education & Job Experience:
 

  • NDT with 5-year experience/ B.Sc. with 3-year experience
  • Minimum 10 year in Operational experience in Ansell for internal candidates
     

Knowledge And Skills
 

  • 5S and Lean tools & Organizing and planning skills, communication skills, Problem Solving Skills, Working Knowledge in MS office package
     

Desirable Job Competencies
 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving qualities.
  • Good human relation management skills.
  • Chemical and technical knowledge, monitoring and measurements, process control knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Good grievance handling and industrial relations management skills
