Role Purpose
Liaises with travel vendors to book and co-ordinate travel and admin requests in a timely manner.
Role Responsibilities
- Books and co-ordinates travel requests in a timely manner
- Deals with invoicing and daily administration duties
- Ensures duty of care requirements are adhered to
- Liaises with key travel vendors to ensure travel requirements are understood and met
- Escalates non-standard request to senior colleagues as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- This is an Individual Contributor role
- Previous experience in corporate travel (e.g., travel agent, airline / hotel experience)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in basic business software applications
- Clear and well articulated written and spoken English.
