Currently on the lookout for candidates interested in working in Service Desk/ Help Desk. This opportunity is open for any Business, Accounting graduates. You will have the opportunity to be trained in IT Infra domain.
Profile Requirements
- Degree in Science, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or any other related discipline or equivalent qualification (mandatory requirement)
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Strong in communication (IELTS certification would be an added advantage)
- Proactive and can respond to a variety of operational circumstances.
- Process-oriented and addresses everything within the organization’s IT policies and guidelines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible to work based on shift times as per client requirements
- Opportunity to get cross- trained in other infrastructure domains post 24 moths.
