Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide technical support for users in house or via remote access
Validation and appropriate categorization of ticket information
Generate and refer to knowledge articles
Monitor services as of shared procedures
Assign tickets to appropriate support agents
Act as first level escalation of customer updates
Provide FCR solutions
 
Requirements
Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English
Working knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications (specifically Outlook, SharePoint and MS Office)
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to any customer
Ability to work with remote colleagues in different time zones
Ability to work on 24/7 rosters
Basic Knowledge on Linux
