Role Profile
- Provide an efficient and cost-effective travel planning and booking service in a timely manner for all business travels
- Liaise with travel agents and other third parties to ensure travel requests (i.e. letters and visas) are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide clarifications and advise to travelers in respect to passport, visas, foreign travel as per the company travel procedure
- Implement company travel procedures, policies and standards and adheres to them
- Prepare management reports on travel related activities and maintain records
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in handling corporate travel process (travel planning, ticketing, visas, travel support etc)
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, clients, regulatory bodies and institutes, business leaders, staff, etc.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Advanced skills in multiple business software applications (e.g. MS Office, Power Point, etc.)
- Clear and well-articulated written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
