Job Duties
- Handling qualified team of Engineers \ Technicians to deliver island wide Onsite support to corporate level customers.
- Assist in troubleshoot \ Repair of IT equipment (Specially – Notebooks\Tabs\ PCs) and excellent understanding on IT products \ Technologies (Hardware\ Software and Network).
- Support in Analytical, Problem solving matters.
Requirements
- Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Diploma in Information Technology or Relevant from a recognized University/ Institute.
- 3 - 5 Years Experience in handling a similar role in a reputed company
