- screening and qualifying candidates,
- conducting interviews
- scheduling the final interviews with our clients based in the Netherlands
- participate in our internal training program to make the best Talent Acquisition specialist even better!

Who?
You are a real self-starter, and you like to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You have a great understanding of the recruitment best practices as well the international tech environment. You like to come 5 days a week to our office in Colombo because you believe that by working together in one space we maximize the learning potential and team spirit.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a tech environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- An outgoing personality with a good command of English is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with foreign clients.
- Any professional qualification in IT and/or HRM would be an advantage
