We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer responsible to produce functional Java applications. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Leads in taking the responsibility of developing back-end services and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to develop dynamic, applications using cutting-edge, cloud-based technologies, and modern best practices.
Qualifications
• Degree in IT/ Software Engineering or related field
• Experience in Spring/Spring boot.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the software industry.
• Experience in CI/CD, code reviews, GIT, and Unit Testing.
• Experience in Agile-based methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in both relational and non-relational database technologies
• Hands-on exposure in working with AWS or any other cloud technologies
• Superior attention to detail and ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to write valid, clean, efficient, and well-structured code
• Team Player, empathetic, and a fast learner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with remote teams
• Strong communication skills(English) required in client-facing
Responsibilities
• Translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Java
• Identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and device solutions to these problems
• Helping in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
• Exposure to leadership roles, particularly in a development team
• Designing and writing software technical specifications and performing unit testing
• Documenting processes and development projects
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and
business suitability
• Work collaboratively with peers, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure technical
compatibility and user satisfaction
• Mentor junior software engineers
• Plan for and work flexibly to deadlines
