Essential technical knowledge and experience
- For SEs minimum 2+years’ work experience and for SSEs minimum 3+ years’ work experience (previous exposure working with international clients is a definite advantage)
- Possess an IT related degree or a higher qualification
- Demonstrated initiative and good analytical/ problem solving skills
- Maintain a sense of Individuality in thinking and decision making
- Proven track record of being a strong team player
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills
- A positive and result-oriented “can-do” attitude
Ideal Technical Prerequisites
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customization
- Knowledge on Microsoft PowerApps and Flow
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Its integration areas to Dynamics 365
- Experience in database systems like SQL Server
- Knowledge on C# and ASP.NET
- Knowledge on HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge on jQuery, and JavaScript Frameworks
- Knowledge on Reporting and Business Intelligence Tools
- Experience with project tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, VSTS
- Exposure to Scrum / Kanban development methodology
