Job Profile
•Responsible for installation & commissioning of Roche Analysers in Top Key Accounts while providing the after sales support which includes troubleshooting & the routine preventive maintenance.
•Ensure regular customer visits to designated customer base to perform assigned service tasks.
•Develop a working relationship with operational level clients and brainstorm customer interactions events in consultation with the Manager Diagnostics.
•Responsible in educate the customer of proper functioning of the assigned instrument platform where required and assist Service Manager to Identify training needs of customers and coordinate and conduct customer training sessions.
•Build cross functional relationships, especially with the application support team and other members of the team to ensure coordinated support to the customer.
•Report back on any observed technical issues which may require engineering intervention.
Applicant Profile
•Candidate should posses a BSc degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from recognized university/an institute.
•Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity & 03 years overall experience in reputed Medical Diagnostic company .
•Candidate should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills, customer relationship & team management skills.
•Ability to work independently and should have strong communication & negotiation skills.
