RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap
- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products and product features
- Converts data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including Business, Operations, and Technical teams
- Understand and contribute to the end-to-end customer experience
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
- Manage the BAs, UI/UX, and CX team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in technical (Computer Science, Engineering) or Business Management
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Product owner experience with both web and mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Experience with JIRA and Agile framework
- Prior experience in BI and B2C business domains will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in leading product management teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire the stakeholders to drive collaborative teamwork
