Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute product roadmap. Translates high level product roadmap into
- well-defined product requirements including feature definitions, user stories, and acceptance test
- criteria
- Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the
- development cycle
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to
- business value or ROI.
- Participate in regular planning sessions and work closely with developers,
- QAs, and engineering managers to prioritize work and ensure that the team always has an
- adequate amount of prior prepared tasks (aka backlog) to work on
- Work with solution architects to understand the architectures and ensure required product
- capabilities are addressed in them
- At sprint reviews, ensure the development team is developing the features according to
- specifications
- Keep up to date development/QA progress of particular releases. Make use of that info to build
- the release notes document
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments that impact release goals of the dev teams
- Actively contribute ideas to improve processes
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new
- functionalities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends
Requirements And Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for 7 years
- Experience with building enterprise cloud products
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Fundamental understanding of Data analytics & Machine Learning, Natural Language
- Processing, Knowledge Graph
- Fundamental understanding of services provided by cloud vendors (e.g AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Documentation skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Familiarity with Financial Services – an advantage
- BSc in Computer Science, programming background - strong advantage
