As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the office-related matters which include the supplies, equipment, and general operations of the office premises.
- Working with various vendors which includes office providers, suppliers, and others
- Provide support to the management team with routine and special projects/tasks
- Work on the operational budget forecasts, review, seek approval and provide regular updates to the relevant teams
- Organize specific events and also support other company-wide events
- Closely work with P&C and IT support teams based in Sri Lanka and to provide support for various local initiatives
- Create and maintain proper operational guidelines and BCPs
- Proactively identify operational risks and provide prompt support and service to resolve operational issues raised by various teams/individuals
- Provide regular updates to management with regard to the status of the operations
- Prepare high quality documents, reports and presentations related to the tasks assigned
Requirements
Must Have
- At least 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal, negotiation and planning skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in working with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications
- Ability to multi-task in challenging environments and achieve targets
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Open mindset to accept various challenging opportunities even outside the role (role expansions) and conforrt zone to grow
Nice to Have
- Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models and Organizational Culture,
- Experience working with foreign stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
- Start-up experience or exposure in technology-focused organizations
