We are in search of a dynamic individual to manage the "Sales Administration Team".
Key Responsibilities
Appointing Dealers, monitoring performances and administration of distrubution channels
Work closely with sales, marketing and distrubutions systems and report monitor key sales KPls.
Administration of sales and distribution incentives and dealers commisions
Ensure discipline is maintained accross all channels.
Coordinate sales performance and training and development activities of sales staff
Qualifications
A Degree in Business Management
Minimum of 5 years of work experience
Good Knowledge in MS office Package
Execellent Communications Skills in English and Sinhala
Strong Communications Skills
Age should be below 40
