- A Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in an appropriate field of specialization from a recognized university. An earned Doctorate will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate/graduate level in a recognized university.
Candidates should also possess strong teaching skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and unsupervised, be resourceful, be committed and aspire to succeed, be self-motivated, be able to thrive in a fast and high-pressure work environment and be prepared to work long and irregular hours.
