Senior Executive - Sales Training
Job Accountabilities
Maintain a strong relationship with sales agents of Premier Agency Circle
Responsible to design, develop and conduct training programs based on the training plans
Ability to conduct training programs in the areas of selling skills, insurance products and sales motivation
Identify the skill gaps of sales agents on a daily basis and coach them to achieve their performance target
Monitor the performance of the sales agents and assist them in improving their skills andknowledge
Job Specification
Degree in Marketing/8usiness Management or professional qualification in CIM/SLIM
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management or training preferably in Life
Insurance sector
Excellent training skill in English isa must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and team management skills
Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
