To support MAS Kreeda’s Digital Transformation Lead in driving digital transformation across Kreeda to create value through digitally enhanced processes. The role will also work under the guidance of the line manager to prioritize the needs against the business benefit estimated and once that is done, he/ she will work on ensuring the digital technology is being implemented across Kreeda at scale and the corresponding impact is realized to deliver business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Kreeda’s Future Proofing, in alignment with headwinds and opportunities identified by MAS’ Innovation Board.
- Work with domain experts to identify Head Count optimization opportunities across MAS Kreeda’s Manufacturing and Support Services through digitization/automation of processes.
- Support the Digital Transformation Lead to establish a ‘Workforce of the Future’ together with HR by building Digital Capabilities across all Executive and above cadre.
- Drive a digital and data driven culture within the cluster by coaching internal departments towards fact-based decision making and through digital capability building.
- Ensure adherence to existing or new Digital Policy / governance framework and alignment to group and Nike CIS standards, provide necessary awareness as required.
- Collaborate with Nike GSM Tech to assess MAS’ Capability effectively on an annual basis thereby ensuring MAS’ Digital and Tech capabilities are captured and shared in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proof of concepts, discussions to drive awareness and adoption of Tech/Data solutions in order gain meaningful business results
- Support Nike Modernization Digital roadmap and ‘Factory of the Future’ initiatives with Nike Modernization team.
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside of the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in IT, Applied Sciences, Physical Sciences, Management or in a relevant field
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity or in business/ system analysis
- Sound knowledge on the industry.
- Change Management Tools
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Ability to communicate in a coherent, concise and instructive manner (verbal & written)
- Ability to organize and manage assignments and responsibilities with limited oversight
