Senior Business Analyst For MAS Holdings

Facilitate in the strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) process for the division and formulation and cascading of ExCo & Hoshin KPIs, Strategy A3s, updating Corporate Obeya room and scheduling regular A3 reviews of SBU Leadership.
Ensure CEO is well prepared & informed on meetings & prepare presentations by understanding communication priorities.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations whilst undertaking research and be up to date on industrial developments locally, regionally & globally.
Provide monthly status updates on customer, HR, Innovation & operations to facilitate CEO in taking decision/ action points.
Follow up on commitments made by the CEO in both internal/ external management meetings or other special EXCO meetings & prepare necessary meeting minutes and forward to the relevant persons in timely and accurate manner.
Manage executive briefings, corporate visits, events & organize board meetings and other stakeholder meetings as well as maintain the document archive whilst upholding utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Degree in management/ marketing or finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
MBA from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and industry is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An individual who is proactive, self-driven, creative with exceptional attention to detail and who can work under pressure would be an ideal fit.
Ability to demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility is a must
