Key duties and responsibilities
- Liaising with Business Units to help fulfil their marketing / branding requirement
- Developing brand marketing plans
- Coordinating and carrying out agency meetings
- Carrying out Market Research & Competitor analysis for various brands in the AMW portfolio
- Preparing Reports & Presentations for AMW/ Brand Principles
- Organising Promotions /product launches and events etc.
- Continuous monitoring of revenue of AMW brands & take proactive measures to optimise revenue
- Managing communication channels of various brands whilst strictly abiding by guidelines provided
- Ensuring timely execution of all events under the marketing purview
Key Requirements
- 2-3 years' industry experience in a similar capacity
- Full/ Part qualification from a professional body such as CIM. SLIM. from a recognized institute
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil language will be an added advantage)
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
