Job Role:
We are looking for a qualified Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.
If you’re customer-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude, this position is for you. Our ideal candidate has a drive for achieving goals and maintaining a great customer experience. We also expect you to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand.
The Senior Account Manager will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service/Product Development/Technical Departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
If you have 3+ years of experience in working with the Insurance Sector this would be a key advantage. In addition, if you have Familiarity in using account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
Ultimately, you should be able to increase sales and build successful long-term client relationships.
Core Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, CIM, or MBA.
• Confident, target driven and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with high level of business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
Remuneration Details Total Package – Close to Rs. 425,000.00
40% - Basic Salary – Rs. 170,000.00
60% - Sales Incentive – Paid Upon achieving the sales targets (approximately around Rs. 255,000.00 additionally)
Total amount of the Sales Incentive will be paid quarterly.
