Responsibilities Include:
- Familiarity with standard end-to-end financial processes such as month-end close, analysis, and reporting
- Summarize and prepare monthly, and quarterly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, balance sheet statements, and other necessary reports
- Demonstrate history of using financial knowledge and analytical strengths to inform strategic decisions
- Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with the management team.
- Report and maintain financial metrics that evolve with the business. Build for scale.
- Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances through deep dives and metrics; develop action plans; measure and analyze results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, operations, and FP&A
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills, FP&A and/or project management, consulting experience.
- Comfortable navigating complex operational processes across a fast up and coming start-up
- Independent, self-motivated, and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations
