All eligible candidates are invited to apply for the position of Sales Operations Specialist at IFS Sri Lanka.
What you will do:
- Business partner with sales teams, and external valued added resellers and end user customers
- Obtain information required to process orders (user data, product reference details, billing dates, sales codes, billing account contacts) concurrent with implementing process improvements
- Create and manage sales orders and process with the highest accuracy for new, renewal, support and services
- Partner with executives, product management and finance teams supporting business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, with a focus on data analytics, supply chain management, operations or other related fields.
- 3+ years in sales operations or similar environments, including sales support.
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and Business Intelligence skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint.
- Experience with SaaS and VAR relationships a plus.
- Highly detailed driven but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary.
