Job Description

  • Processing Sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Updating the Sales Ledger and supporting the sales team on overall back office sales support
  • Maintaining records on Sales; daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Working with spreadsheets and ERPs

 
Qualifications

  • Professional qualification / degree in Finance or any related field would be an added advantage
  • Strong written & verbal skills in English
  • Experience in working on ERP systems will be an added advantage

 
Soft Skills

  • Decision making ability & Attention to detail
  • Should be highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • High capability in data analytical skills
