Job Description

- Attention to detail, Sensitivity to Xspace queries, proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Ensure all inquiries are acknowledged in a timely manner and stakeholders are kept informed of progress throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate, resolve and report within assigned SLAs.
- Ad-hoc tasks - Attend to ad-hoc tasks & prepare reports as instructed by line manager.
- Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to line manager in a timely manner.
- Identify and report on trends and abnormalities.
- Working on Multiple systems to extract data related to inquiries.
- Report on customer issues breaching/potentially breaching timelines.
Requirements
- 1-year+ work experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, or related industries.
- Educational - Completion of Diploma level education or equivalent in business or a related.
- discipline. (1 year of demonstrated experience may substitute for the formal educational qualification).
- Proficiency in MS office tools (especially in excel) and google applications.
- Communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Working location will be Kelaniya.
- Working days from Monday to Friday, with the need to work late hours as and when required.
